Getting Started
The Player Wellness App runs in your browser — there is nothing to install. You can access it on your phone, tablet, or laptop.
Your Player ID
Instead of a username and password, the app uses a Player ID — a unique number assigned to you by your coaching staff.
Why a Player ID?
Player IDs keep your name off the internet. Your submissions are linked to a number, not your name, so no personal data is transmitted when you register.
Your Player ID is given to you by your coaching staff at the start of the season. If you do not know your ID, ask your coach or team manager.
When to register

Completing both forms on the same day links your wellness check-in and your effort score to the same session in the reporting system.
Tip
Get into the habit of submitting your pre-training check while having breakfast on training days, and your RPE score in the dressing room straight after the session.
Selecting a date
Both forms ask you to select a date. This defaults to today, so in most cases you do not need to change it.
If you forgot to register on a previous training day, you can select an earlier date to submit a late entry.
